ATM Withdrawal problems

OK, so I went to the ATM tonight (not one in the PayPal no-fee network) and tried to withdraw some cash, obviously under the amount available in my account. The ATM gave me an error message and said the transaction could not be completed. I checked the PayPal app to confirm I had enough money and I did. So in the app I checked for an in-network ATM, thinking that maybe it was just the out of network ATM that was giving me problems. I drove to the in-network, no-fee ATM and tried to withdraw money again. Unfortunately the ATM gave me an error, this time it said "Invalid Account". Weird. I have money in my PayPal account. And my card is attached to my PayPal balance so I should have no problems using the ATM to withdraw money.
I got home and logged in to PayPal on my computer to check and see if there were any messages regarding limitations on my account and there are none. No messages or emails saying that the balance cant be accessed or are on hold.
I'm super concerned about this because I need access to my money.
Anybody have any helpful hints, tips, tricks or answers to allow me to access my funds?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @camoshorts,
I'm sorry to hear that you've run into difficulty withdrawing from an ATM. It's possible that the security system has determined that there was risk involved, or there may be some other reason for the decline. Please call the number on the back of the card to speak with a representative, who can look into the details and provide more insight.
I hope this can be resolved quickly!
