Adding a Natwest account to withdraw funds.

I already have my Natwest card linked to Paypal to make payments with Paypal using my debit card. 

I am trying to add my account so that I can withdraw the balance. It doesn't allow me to add my account saying that there are too many bank account linked. (there aren't, this is the first bank account I am adding) can anyone tell me why this is? Reading previous comments and questions I can see that other people have successfully linked Natwest account and made withdrawals. 

Can someone please help!

Ask customer services to link it for you, sounds like a glitch if you have no other bank accounts linked.

OR try another browser / device first??

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
