I placed an order for Asos, but my order was canceled and my account was deleted, I don't know why, the money was not returned for the order, we have a pending transaction, it has never happened before. Why is it pending?. I contacted Asos to solve this problem so that I could get the money back saying that I should contact Paypal.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
