Berliner Sparkasse Online Banking. Hi all, I am desperately trying to set up PayPal with my German bank account, which is with Berliner Sparkasse - Landesbank Berlin AG is the parent. Everytime I try to use my account the told me My card can't cover this and I should link a new card but I'm already linked a card and statement is active and confirmed And there is enough balance inside it. How can I solve this problem please?
