Can different billing address of paypal and visa card link and transfer?

paypal billing address is different with my visa  billing address. Can I transfer that paypal to my visa card?

If you want to transfer money from your PayPal account to a card, the address in your PayPal account Profile doesn't need to match the billing address for your Visa card. Please check out https://www.paypal.com/ca/smarthelp/article/faq1189 for more information on how to withdraw money from your PayPal account.
