Hello. I am a new PayPal user and also new in Germany. I have opened a Commerzbank account a week ago and now I'm trying to add my bank account using IBAN to my PayPal account. But after I put the required information (e.g. Birthdate and IBAN), I get the following error message. "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts." I have never had any PayPal account before and also no one else but me have access to my bank account. So it is simply not possible for there to be other PayPal accounts with the same IBAN. I've tried sending email to PayPal but all I got was automated replies which was not helpful. I tried calling PayPal but as I don't understand German that well posting my problem here was the only way left for me. Hoping for a solution to this problem. Thank you.
