So sorry for any confusion about adding your debit card. PayPal processes card payments the same way regardless if the card is a debit or credit, so you would need to select the option for credit card. If you have already selected this option and the card still will not link to your PayPal account, then you may need to contact your bank to ask if they are declining our attempts to gain authorization.
