Distrokid has sent my royalties to my PayPal but i still haven't received it

I am a musician and i opted to receive my royalties from my music distributor (distrokid) this was in October 2019 but till now February 2020 i still haven't received my royalties, please what is going on?

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.
