Draw from bank account when Cash Card is empty?

Hello, All! 

i have a cashcard issued by paypal, and my bank account (as well as the debit card) connected to my account. 

If i make a purchase at a local store with my cashcard and i dont have sufficient amount in my paypal account to cover all of the cost - will paypal pull the remaining amount from my bank account? 

it's defaulted to pull from the bank account while sending money and is the preffered payment for online purchases, but for the life of me i CANNOT find any information on physical purchases and going over your paypal balance!

Unfortunately, the Cash debit card is able to draw available funds from a PayPal balance only. If there are insufficient funds the transaction will be declined.
