Hi everyone, I bought a product from Extreme Rebate, and everything went well. I purchased the product on Amazon, and the merchant sent my rebate to my PayPal account. The funds are there, but it's on hold and I have absolutely no idea why. It looks like the transaction is set up on PayPal as if I sold the merchant something and they paid me. I think the problem is that it's showing that it hasn't been delivered yet. I received my item in the mail, so I'm not sure how to notify PayPal that the item was indeed delivered, if that's what the problem is. Any suggestions?
