Funds withdraw to my Halifax account - linked but not seen

I wonder if anyone knows how to resolve this issue please.  No response from Paypal.  I have funds in my wallet I wish to withdraw, I've added a debit card/account with Halifax, it shows as linked but when I try and and make a withdrawal neither my mastercard (payment card) or my Halifax card are shown to choose from to send the funds.  I'd appreciate some advice, thanks.  I believe this should be possible.

It may be a card paypal does not support for withdrawals.
