I was transfer money RM700 to others through paypal and I want cancel my transaction but paypal only said settle my problem that all. I try to call paypal Malaysia centre but I keep on calling there were no someone pick up on this. can someone help me an let me their contact number. I don't want 03-77237155. this they never pick up.
