How do I acquire a refund of 99 cents??? Too low for bank and check by mail...

I received a refund of 99 cents but Paypal won'e let me transfer it to my bank since it's under $1.00. The only option given is to get a check by mail, but that costs $1.50 so I obviously won't do that. How can I get the funds? tia

Get a mate or family member to 'send you' a small amount to your paypal account, then withdraw the funds and pay them back again.

Difficult to advise as you haven't said what country you are in but if you have the family / friends option available tell them to use that AND fund it via their bank account or balance then its free.

But you will have to work out if there will be any fees dependent on what country you are in before you use that option.
