I'm growing increasingly frustrated with PayPal.
It won't let me add my Scotiabank Debit card no matter what I do.
PayPal says it's the Bank; the Bank says it's PayPal.
30 minute wait for Scotiabank's "customer service." No ability to contact PayPal.
I think I'm done with PayPal. Sometimes it says "3 - 5 days," but then puts a 12 day hold on the funds. Heck, they may hold it for 60 days if they so much as feel like it (according to the "why is PayPal withholding my money" page.
PayPal is not a service - it's a money grab for the owners who treat us customers with contempt at every turn. Sure, their service people are nice, but the system itself is designed to **bleep** the user at every opportunity. Do you think it takes 5 days for the banks to transfer funds? Obviously not - they operate their trades within microseconds.
Nothing but problems with PayPal.
There are other, newer payment apps - I'm heading off to find one of them instead.
