You can’t unless you can add ur PayPal direct deposit to Venmo. Get a cash card. Then go to ur direct deposit info on the app. Load ur info to Venmo n cash out. When I have to on cash app I move in to my bank ( another debit card by transfer ) then I put that card into cash app. I can’t move cash app to PayPal or vice versa. The only way so far is adding another payment method here. And same method on Venmo. Or cash app. Transfer out of ur PayPal to card / bank then add that card to Venmo. Sometimes if I need money out of my bank I can load funds here send it to my daughter friends and family. Then she flips it back to me.
