How to add New Zealand Bank account in New Zealand Paypal account

Hello how to add New Zealand bank account to my New Zealand Paypal account? I have bank account number in this format: 01-1234-0123456-000

I am not able to add my bank. Please help anybody.

Here are the instructions from our Help Center on how to link a bank account to your PayPal account. Hope that helps. 😊

It asks for 9-11 digits for account.
If your bank format is like this: (example:) 12-3456-7890000-00, you need to add the bank like this 123456 (exclude the hyphen), 
but then add the account like this 7890000-00 including  the hyphen -.
This will accept it in this format.

sadly this does not explain how to solve the issue we all seem to be having.

I'm trying to link my new zealand kiwibank account and have tried all the variations for both areas that require entry and i just keep getting "check your info is correct" error come up. help please?

Like Pixidust, I also have tried all of the suggestions and had no luck resolving this issue. Westpac? Any suggestions.
