How to confirm delivery

Basically, I have a $300 payment hold because I am a new seller. The person who gave me the $300 for a product agreed to confirm the delivery of the product even though it is not delivered to release the hold so I can get my funds. The problem is we don't know where to confirm delivery. it is not under transactions or activity. How do we "confirm delivery". I did include tracking info BTW
