Open a Panama account to link your Panama bank account.
To withdraw money to bank account or link bank account:
https://www.paypal.com/pa/webapps/mpp/withdraw-funds/nequi?locale.x=en_PA
Can’t use Singapore account now since you moved but can keep it open if you maintain residence there.
PayPal accounts are country specific.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
