Recently I made a payment to a developer who was supposed to get some work done for me but unfortunately I didn't the item in the end. How do I go about charging back my payment, since I used money that was in my PayPal account? I have read over making chargebacks requires you to contact your back although since I made the payment through my PayPal credit it didn't appear on my bank statements. Any help regarding how I would now make a chargeback would be greatly appreciated.
