I have been trying to add my my well Fargo debit card to my account but it keeps declining it saying to use a different card. My bank account is linked to my pay pal. This keeps on happening I have called both Wells Fargo (they say the card should not be getting declined. It works every where else such as amazon, target, Walmart, etc.. (the card alone) but with eBay and pay pal it won’t work and keeps on getting declined.) I called pay pal with them saying it should work and to call again for any other problems. I keep calling but am put on a waiting dial for hours never to get hold of anyone. Can anyone help me please. And yes my debit card has money on it so it should not be declined anyway when making a basic purchase.
