Landbank account link to paypal account

Hello, I am trying to link my bank account in paypal account, my account is landbank, they are asking for a 16 diagit account no. My account no. Is 10 digits only... I looked for my atm card, and i found out that the card no. There is 16 digit... Is the card no. Of my atm card are the info they need?thank you for those who will answer.

Is there any update regarding this matter? Because I've tried several times but system won't allow me to add the Debit card details.
