I have same issue. What i did search from these forums, it was possible to link N26 account. But now it seems no go, there is nothing working with this issue.
Contacted PayPal via email, nothing. Only way i see is Facebook... But only the same answer always...
I get error:
"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."
Other issue is if i try use other browser or device: "Sorry we couldnt confirm its you".
From Facebook side i get always the same answer:

After one month fighting, restarting PC, clearing cache, waiting days before next try. I dont see any other solutions, only stop accepting PayPal in our webshop, since we cant transfer money to our bank... It did work once, and then i did have wrong phone number so i did stop linking.
