Linking my netspend debit card to my PayPal account

Can I link my netspend debit visa card that has my name on it to my PayPal account? If so can my friend load money onto my netspend card through the PayPal app? Does that make sense and How would that work?

Hi @AllissaK90,

Thank you for your question. A card may be added to your PayPal account if it has a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo on it and it is registered to your name and address. If it is a debit card, you may be able to withdraw funds to it after receiving a payment from your friend, but that would be determined by the system approving the addition of the card and the eligibility for withdrawal.
