What is the routing number that is required to link a Nedbank Credit Card

routing number is for bank account,if you are in USA,your bank should be member of the FED Reserve system.

for cc or debit card.you just need your card number,expiration date ,there is no routing number

I am in South Africa, would this refer to the bank's swift code?

Yes I did. I want to link my South African Bank account from my bank (Nedbank)

when you try to link your local SA bank account ,what does it want from you?assuming your paypal account country code is SA. 

Did Paypal really ask for routing number or whatever banks in your country use to clear with each other via a clearance system,?

try entering swift code and see if it takes.

Yes i open the Paypal account in south africa. How can i link it in my bank account while my bank dont have the rounting number only have the swifts code?
