No tracking number

Hello so i have sold multiple supreme stickers to people through the grailed app and shipped it to them in an envelope and I have received confirmation from all of them saying that they have received it. Since an envelope doesnt have tracking, is there a way that my customers can confirm delivery of my products on paypal. Thanks

Nope. Unless you shipped it with USPS branded Priority Mail flat rate envelope.

If you mean confirm receipt so the funds can be released to you, go to "Add Tracking" and select an order status and then contact buyer to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.

If you want to avoid the possibility of the buyers getting any funny ideas since you don't have tracking numbers, don't ask them to release the funds or click "Add Tracking", wait the full 21 days when PayPal releases the funds to you.

I asked my customer and they said this. All the email says is details about my shipment Date it was sent / no tracking info / shipping status shipped & how much I paid After that I didnt get anything from paypal

I changed the order status to ship and checked the no tracking number box about 3 days ago

You have to ask customer to log on to their PayPal account and locate the transaction on their end and click "Confirm Receipt" to release the funds. If they do not, the you'll have to wait the full 21 days for PayPal to release the funds.

Yes. The Confirm Receipt button only shows up if the order status is updated to Order Processed, Service Rendered or Marked as shipped.
