PayPal and the joist app

I use the joist app on my phone for quick invoicing. The credit card processing is being taken over by paypal  Does you banking info get transferred over or do I have to set that up on the paypal side.

I did everything to connect Joist to my PayPal account and my customer can’t input her card no matter how hard she tries and on what web browser. I don’t think they have worked out the kinks and neither PayPal or Joist have gotten back to me on the issue.
