Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has received a paypal refund through footasylum before? I returned a pair of shoes last Friday, 24th July and was informed by the shop assistant that the refund would be processed within 3 working days... I’m still waiting. I’ve had no email from paypal or footasylum to state my refund is being processed. I’ve tried the text service but that’s rubbish. How long would you wait before having to call and or go into the shop to see what’s going on. I’ve never had this issue with refunds through paypal before. Cheers Steph
