Paypal deposit via bank transfer

My account has a negative balance and restrictions, so the only way to replenish the balance is via bank transfer. Paypal only allows me this opportunity to replenish the balance, but the data they give is not enough to transfer. I live in Europe and for a bank transfer to their European account, I need:

1. IBAN
2. SWIFT code
3. Bank address
4. Recipient's name

And another question: what is TRANSACTION CODE, and where to enter it when translating?

Now for a bank transfer I only have this information:

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

I don't know how to solve this and i can't find a way to contact paypal.
