Paypal money to Ecuador

Hello, I have been trying to get the money from my Paypal account, I want to transfer it to Ecuador, but Paypal requests a "routing number" that no bank in Ecuador has been able to provide it to me. Any light? please and thanks in advance

Why are you using a U.S paypal account if you are in Ecuador??

You aren't allowed to use another countries paypal account and will never work for you.

If you are in the U.S then you can't withdraw to another countries bank account.
