Paypay to Bdo money transfer

Hello, I have transferred money from my paypal to my bdo account lat August 18, 2020 and there is a confirmation said that the transaction was successful  and the money was already transferred to my bank last August 20,2020. But I checked my account every now and then , the money wasn't there. I have called the bank and they told me that I should contact paypal. It's been 6 days but I haven't received my money. Any advice please?

I have the same problem. I transferred to my bank account linked to my paypal(BDO)  last August 18 and the status was "Transfer to

BANCO DE ORO UNIBANK, INC. successful". I also check every now and then and the money is not yet reflected on my local bank account, I went to BDO branch and they said that they checked my account and there was no transactions from paypal yet. PLEASE CHECK, its been 5 days already. I tried to get help from paypal support yesterday and they let me wait for hours and said I will be attended to by their agents, but nobody contacted me. PLEASE FIX, I had major problems with paypal twice this year already. First one was transfer to linked card, that's why I always transfer to GCASH / Bank, now it happened again but via bank account.
