Please I need help. I've been trying to contact PayPal and nobody answers, not even a chat message.
I made a payout through my Fanbox account, to transfer my money directly to PayPal. Entered my PayPal e-mail account, and Fanbox said the payout was confirmed.
It's been a day already, but no money is showing up on my PayPal balance. My e-mail account is confirmed, also I've already set the option to accept and convert into usd, when I receive payments. Also want to say that I've already received payments in the past, but this is a first through Fanbox.
How long does it usually take? Any advice, or other people that had the same issue? I NEED ANSWERS!
I got no e-mails, no nothing. Where is my money?
