Playstation 5 Website Scam

I recently got a link to buy the PS5 from a website topprogames.comoany.site. I did not check the authenticity of the website and in a hurry ordered the ps5 from here. The transaction went through and was completed. As soon as I realised that the website was fake I tried to get on a call with PayPal which took an entire hour of wait time. After which they tell me that a dispute has been filed and they would get back to me. They updated the case today to say that no unauthorized use was found and they cannot refund me. What can I do here?

the same happened to me on another website, ordering two PS5. I complained to Paypal and the declined saying there was no unauthorised use, and they closed the case. After a second email where I explained again what happened they sent me a copy of the sellers transaction with a tracking code for EMS China. The tracking number was fake, but Paypal did not even check that. The again declined. I find it a scandal that Paypal makes such excuses, and they did not even block the vendors account, which I asked them to do as they are a known scam site.

What are the options now with Paypal

I did the same but was told by PayPal that I am protected in the event the item does not come. I'd rather just get my money back since they arent supposed to charge you until they ship the item. The authorization went to a "Luis Moran". I emailed the customer service from Top Games and they "Assured" me it would ship on December 16. I contacted my CC company and ask them to cancel the purchase.
