Problem With Card Adding

Hello, I'm Şadi,

While confirming my credit card(Ininal Card), PayPal took 11.34 TL(Turkish Liras) from me(I'm living in Turkey by the way). The problem is, PayPal did it 2 times, which took 22,68 TL from me and my money didn't returned to my bank account. Do I need to wait, or what should I do?

After confirming credit card, PayPal will refund asap but will take up to 30 days for credit to reflected on your card, depending on card issuer.
