Rupay card Added as Discover debit card

My rupay debit card Added as Discover debit card and I verified it & deducted ₹140.27 for card verification. But I can't make payments with that card. Asking me to add a card again. I set that card as my default payment method many times but, it is removing automatically. Find me a solution. & When my money will back?
