Send money to friends in Puerto Rico

Prior post sending money to friends in Puerto Rico showed many complications. Friend has PP account and email. Is PR considered part of United States? How do I proceed? I am in US and have personal account.

Hi @RickMc

Yes, Puerto Rico is considered as US and the services should be available as long as your friend has selected "US" as account country when providing PayPal with his address.

To send the payment just follow these instructions
