I've received some money through paypal and i'd like to send part of that money to my credit card at BCR Romania. When i tried sending the funds the card didn't appear as usable for the transfer. I clicked the "My cards don't appear" and my card is there with the following text:
I would very much like to know why i can't send the funds to the card, thank you
