Yes, but probably as a goods and services payment (I don't see friends and family option available in Belize) so you will be charged a PayPal fee 4.4% + 30 cents to receive payment and possibly subject to PayPal's 21 day funds availability hold if this is the first time you are receiving money or the amount is unusual against your usual account activity.
