StubHub payment on hold

I recently sold tickets on StubHub and now I am receiving messages that say "We have a payment waiting for you. Before we can send your money, we need your bank account details or your PayPal email address" My PayPal address has been in their System for years (it is the correct address that accepts both Canadian and American funds) Is this typical for PayPal/stubhub or is there an actual problem?

Scam. PayPal and Stubhub would NEVER message you this, "Before we can send your money, we need your bank account details or your PayPal email address". And especially since you know Stubhub already as your PayPal email address, not to mention PayPal should already have your PayPal email address. 

If someone paid, payment will be reflected fairly instantly in your PayPal account and also get notifications with very basic information: Who paid, how much, for what, transaction ID, date and not much else.

If payment is on hold or under review, you will still see a record of payment in your PayPal account. So if you do not see payment right this minute after you log on, you have not been paid and likely won't ever get paid so do not deliver tickets.
