Sun Savers/Rewards and technical issues when cashing out to Paypal

Hi

I have been waiting now for 2 weeks for technical issues to resolve so I can cash out accumulated points from codes I have been entering

from the Sun newspaper.  There were no problems before and it all worked quite simply.  Now it looks like a never ending issue.  I realise

we are not talking about fortunes here but I lost cash the same way late last year and just gave up and created new accounts for both the

Sun and Paypal.  Anyone know anything?  So many boards to chose from but I hit the General Option so thank you for your time, Elaine

Hi. Yes i am having the same problem. Not been able to cash out the money for the last 3 weeks. Have been in touch with sunsavers but they say there is a problem with paypal. Still not fixed keeps saying technical issue.

Same here matey , been trying to cash out for two weeks now , technicL error keeps on popping up. Think me and all my relations now will stop buying the sun newspaper from now on , sorry to say.

Me too. Technical error for the past 8 weeks. Is it The Sun's plan to save money by not paying their bill?

Been having the same problem solved it by cashing out direct to my bank account instead as fed up of trying and failing through PayPal

The problem with doing that is that the Sun can't even be honest with the news so how can they be trusted with bank details.
