Transfer money from Payza to Paypal

I would like to transfer my money from Payza to Paypal. Does anyone know how to do it? I would like to avoid high commissions if possible

Not directly. Usually have to use third party exchangers which can be sketchy and charge a fee.

If you have a bank account in common between Payza and PayPal, you can use bank account as a go-between. Withdraw from Payza to the bank account and then from bank account, add money to PayPal and is free although not instant. Have to wait for transfers to clear bank.
