Transferring money from PayPal to Walmart money gram

I was wondering if it's possible to transfer money from my PayPal account to my Walmart money transfer account?

I actually want to transfer money from Money gram to Paypal, but going the other way is easy once you have a PayPal debit card. Just use your paypal debit as a credit card, I found the instructions by Google.
