Unable to deposit money from my confirmed TD bank account

Hello Community,
I am unable to add money from my confirmed TD bank account to Paypal. I am always getting the below error
I haven not contacted my bank yet because I thought I should ask the question to the Paypal community.
Please note, I am successfully able to deposit money to other online wallets like skrill.

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community. It sounds like you may be running into our Security System when trying to add funds into your account. I can definitely understand how that can be a bit frustrating. The good news is you don't have to add funds into your account to make a purchase. Just chose your bank at checkout and the funds will be pulled from your bank for that purchase. Also, if you have a backup funding source on file, there's a better chance the payment will complete immediately instead of in 3-5 business days.

I'm sorry to hear about the security system's apparent decline of the payment. In situations where the security system does not allow a payment, often times waiting a day or two allows for a different review. If the add funds transfer continues to fail, please reach out to our customer service for further troubleshooting. You can click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options or PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
