Unable to link Commonwealth bank account to PayPal account

Hi all,

 

When I try to link my Commonwealth bank account to my PayPal account, I get the following message

 

"We can't process your request right now. Please try again later."

 

What can I do to solve this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding a bank.  For this situation, I would suggest you contact us to provide additional details.  To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.  I hope this helps.

I had this problem and was told by paypal that they cannot connect to the CBA.  I've tried finding out which banks they will connect with but all I'm getting is the runaround.  If anyone else has a paypal business account and has successfully linked their bank account, can you please let me know which bank.  I have to set up a new bank account so we can use paypal business.
