I've been having this same problem for weeks now.
I contacted PayPal and received this message, "You may also visit this link http://www.paypal.com/wdfunds to further assist you in your concern." This sends me to withdraw funds page.
I try to withdraw and I receive this pop up, "There’s a problem Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction."
All I want is to get my money out and close my account since you cannot depend on receiving any assistance from PayPal!
