What atms can I use without being charged

I need to pay cash for something tomorrow and forgot to transfer to my bank . And the money-something atm mentioned on the PayPal site, doesn't exist near me. This is a problem. And PayPal won't send to cash app. Cash App doesn't charge a fee, so I can just go to Wawa. PayPal is obviously not that convenient. Where can I go? My only other option is to send it to my debit card from my bank, but that comes with fees.

You're talking about MoneyPass ATM?

But that's the rub, you're paying for the convenience. Even withdraw in cash from Walmart has a fee via PayPal app. The only fee free way is withdraw to bank account. 😖

I found out that the Wawa atms are supposed to be money pass too. I suppose I'll find out when I try.
