I've had a NetSpend card on my account that I can transfer money to when I receive money, I recently lost the card and finally have another. I went to try to put this new card on and it won't let me and says that it's not a approved card or that it's not able to be added. Anyone know why?

Not all cards are compatible with PayPal. I understand that you are trying to add a prepaid card. When you add the card there has to be a balance on the card so we can verify the details. If the cards is still denied it would mean that you are not ale to use this card, sorry!
