PayPal does not have a SWIFT code for you to use.
PayPal uses ACH to transfer money from bank accounts to PayPal accounts by linking and confirming a bank to the PayPal account.
To send or "wire" money, you and the recipient have to have a PayPal account. Money can be sent internationally (cross-border) from US PayPal accounts to PayPal accounts in 203 countries as well. So no need to bother with SWIFT codes.
Each PayPal account can be linked with a bank account, although not all countries can link a bank account but most of the time, it can be linked with a US bank account abroad and some countries have card (credit/debit/prepaid) withdrawal.
Sender initiates a payment through PayPal account and can pay with bank account, or credit/debit card. Funds get sent to Recipient's PayPal account and can transfer funds to their linked bank account or card .
