Hello, I recently request a withdraw from my PayPal balance to my Pockit prepaid MasterCard. My cards balance hasn't been updated despite it appearing on my transaction list. I had requested the withdraw 3 days ago.

If the withdrawal shows completed on PayPal but has not reached your card, I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. You can do this by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. I hope this can be sorted out!
