Appreciate your help, when i enter the bank routing number the error comes is ( PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION AND TRY AGAIN ), i have contacted ADCB and they gave me the routing number im putting, anyone has any idea what the issue is or how to solve it! Many thanks in advance.
If that is a local bank, can't add it to UAE PayPal account, only US bank accounts opened on US soil can be linked. Link a credit, debit or prepaid card instead to withdraw to it.
