didn't receive test deposit on bank account

I already add my bank account, checked carefully but 3 days passed ago I didn't receive any test deposit.

can I remove my bank and add again?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Hello, @Deidra2103. Thanks for taking the time to add your concern here on the PayPal Community Forum. I hope you've been able to confirm your bank account by now. If you still have not seen the two small deposits in your bank account, please call PayPal's Customer Service at your convenience to receive direct assistance.

 

In the mean time, it's possible it took longer than anticipated for the two small deposits to reach your bank. PayPal does not have control over the banking system or the money that needs to move through it to reach a customer's specific bank.

 

If you've been checking via an online bank account, you may need to contact your bank by phone to ask them to look for the two small deposits since some banks don't add transactions to a statement if they involve very small amounts (usually less than $1 or the equivalent). If you receive a paper statement, the two small deposits should show up there as well.

 

Lastly, please check the information added to your PayPal account to ensure it's correct. The name on your PayPal account must match what's on your bank account, and the checking/savings account number and routing number must also be correct.
